Avet HX Wide 2-Speed Fishing Reel

The Avet HXW 2-speed is a powerful wide spool 2 speed reel that is ideal and excellent for most fishing applications. This reel has the necessary line capacity to tackle most big game fishing applications. The powerful 2nd gear allows for a powerful cranking speed that will subdue medium to large game fish such as tuna, sailfish, dolphin, wahoo, dorado, mahi mahi, kingfish, cobia, and halibut. The fast retrieve allows excellent line pick up rates for vertical jigging, and for pulling grouper, and other bottom species from the bottom. Line capacity of this reel is second to none, and it may be spooled with braided Spectra or monofilament fishing lines.

When using braided Spectra line, this reel can hold 660 YDS of 80 LB Test.
