BMC Tackle was established in 1995 as an online saltwater fishing tackle retailer. Our website, BlueMarlinChronicles.com was one of the first e-commerce saltwater fishing tackle specialty stores in the world. We sell & ship worldwide.

My name is Louis, people call me Lou. I am the sole owner of BlueMarlinChronicles.com / BMC Tackle.
At BlueMarlinChronicles.com you will always receive personal attention from me, I run 100% of the business, so when you call BMC, I will be taking care of you personally. I am always available to answer any questions you may have. BMC is a low-stress shopping environment. I believe in providing my customers with all the information needed so they can make an informed purchase that best suits their needs based on their budgets as well as timeframes.
Product Information & Blog:
In November 2018 I took the initiative to do a ground-up re-design of the BlueMarlinChronicles.com website. For better access and accessibility, I got rid of the word press blog and updated and moved that information on to the main website. Product information may now be found on pages named About, followed by product name or brand. My buyer's guides will still appear under the Buyer's Guide tabs on each of the product pages. There you will find information, along with my personal experiences of using the product, and answers to questions that customers ask. I always encourage customers to call me with any and all questions. In my articles and buyer's guide I try to answer questions that I think are important, but as much as I don't always have all the answers, I also always don't have the questions. Engagement with my customers is what has made this business endeavor an important part of my life, and one that has brought me much joy.
