What is your return policy?
At BMC Tackle Inc. your 100% satisfaction is
our goal. If you are unhappy with a product you purchased from us we
will gladly refund your purchase price. Shipping charges are
non-refundable.
Do you have a physical store?
Ans: BMC Tackle Inc. is at this time an
internet based store. In the very near future we will be building a store in
Summerville South Carolina.
Can I order items not currently on your website?
Yes, we do special orders all the time.
Do you have a lowest price guarantee?
Yes we do, if
you find any item we sell anywhere for less, we will be happy to honor
that price. All we require is a price quote or location of where we
can verify pricing.
Do you offer complete tackle packages?
Yes we do.
Our specialty at BMC Tackle is to put together custom packages for our
customers. Whether you fish offshore, kingfish circuits, billfish
tournaments, or just fun fish, you will be able to save a substantial
amount of money when you purchase a complete custom tackle package from
us.
Do you offer inshore tackle?
We will be offering light tackle items in the very near future.
Do you offer Fly Fishing tackle?
We will be offering fly fishing tackle and supplies in the very near future.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We use the
United States Postal Service for 90% of all our shipments. These will
arrive at your door within 2 days, Saturdays included at no extra
charge. We ship all our 6 foot plus fishing rods via FEDEX.
Are your shipments insured?
Yes we insure ALL our shipments via private carrier at NO EXTRA charge.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes! We welcome PayPal as a payment source. We only accept payments from
PayPal users with verified addresses. We will only ship to the address
on file.
Do you accept personal checks?
Your personal checks are always welcomed at BMC.
Do you accept cash?
We do not accept cash or Western Union.
Do you accept Google Checkout?
Yes we do. Google Checkout is available for all orders in the US.
Do you accept international orders?
We accept
international orders. The only form of payment for any international
order is via a bank wire transfer. We do not accept international
credit card orders. There is a tremendous amount of fraud with these,
so we do not wish to assume such risks.
Can I order items using credit card information on file?
At
BMC Tackle we destroy all credit card
information after each purchase. We do not utilize e wallets and
services such as these because these services are the root of credit
card fraud. At BMC we do not maintain any credit card information data
bases.
We adhere to established PCI Guidelines which were developed by the credit card and banking industries.
Why do you need an email address on every purchase?
The
email address is utilized to email you your purchase receipt. We also
store your email in our email data base. At certain times during the
year we have items that come up for sale at really great savings, when
these items come along we email all our customers with these special
offers. At BMC we do not do daily, weekly, or monthly mass emailings.
The only time we do so is when a product is available at an incredible
price. During the holidays these special price offers are more common than at other times of th year.
Why do you require a CVV code with each purchase?
Security. The
CVV code assures us that the person placing the order is in actual
possession of the credit card. We verify all orders over $500 prior to
shipping. IP addresses are recorded on all transactions. We report all
fraudulent transactions or fraud attempts to the FBI and The Department
of Homeland Security when applicable.
What is Trust Guard?
Trust Guard is a third party
system we have invested in, which constantly checks our website for
hacker activity. Since we do not use e wallets on our website this
makes our website even more secure. Your online security is very
important to us, so we have implemented every possible security measure
available. In addition to Trust Guard we also use PayPal Credit Card Services, Google Checkout, and all of
the security options available through our encrypted secure gateway.

What are BMC brand products?
BMC
Brand products are products that we have manufactured for us. When you
see a BMC labeled product, this is usually a product made especially
for us, which we can sell at any price we choose to. Unlike other
products which have an MAP, or minimum advertised price policy, we are
not bound by any price control on these. This allows us to pass the
savings on to our customers. All BMC Products have a full 100%
Satisfaction Guarantee!
Do you have specialty items?
We
refrain from purchasing from distributors who exclude on line retailers
from their business lists, instead we purchase direct from the
manufacturers. At times specialty products come from distributors that
carry them. Always check with us first, because we have a very short
list of distributors that we never do business with, so most of these
specialty items may be available through us even though they may not be
listed on the website.
