Kristal 635 Electric Kite Reel

At only 3.5 lbs., the Kristal 635 Electric Kite Reel features a variable speed high torque control with a retrieval range of 0 to 450 feet/per/minute. The electric reel’s lightweight, sturdy composite construction and its 8” x 7” x 5” compact size allows the 635 to be easily maneuvered and stored aboard your vessel.

The 635 was engineered specifically for kite-fishing. Its powerful 12-volt motor draws only four amps and is perfect for light to heavy wind applications. Engineered from the ground up, Kristal 635’s 10-amp fuse is protected in a sealed compartment tucked away from the elements.

I have been using this reel as my primary kite reel for about 2 years now. The 635's performance has been perfect for the deployment and retrieval of my fishing kites. The light weight design makes this the ideal electric kite reel. I normally fish it on my trident rod holder, and when it comes time to move the "circus", the light weight makes this a very compact and easy to relocate kite fishing station! I have been very pleased with this reel and I recommend it to my customers who seek a dedicated kite reel for use aboard their vessels.

	I just got a complete kite setup from lewis at bluemarlinchronicles. Every single item of impeccable quality. This reel is very light easy to move around with the kite rod really complements it.
