At only 4.25 lbs., the Kristal 640-M Electric Kite Reel features a new more powerful high torque electric motor with a retrieval range of 450 feet/per/minute. The electric reel’s lightweight, sturdy composite construction and its 8” x 7” x 5” compact size allows the 640-M to be easily maneuvered and stored aboard your vessel. This reel features a manual operation handle giving the angler the best of both worlds, electric and manual operation.
The 640-M was engineered specifically for kite fishing. The powerful 12-volt motor draws only four amps and is perfect for light to heavy wind applications. Engineered from the ground up, Kristal 640-M’s 20-amp fuse is protected in a sealed compartment tucked away from the elements.
The 640-M's performance has been perfect for the deployment and retrieval of all brands of fishing kites. The light weight design makes this the ideal kite reel. The 640-M's light weight makes this a very compact and easy to relocate kite fishing station.
