We recommend the Kristal 621 as an all around deep drop electric reel. This reel is the ideal electric deep drop reel for angler's who deep drop occassionally in depths of 600 to 1600 feet. The 621 features the necessary performance characteristics to fit your deep drop needs.

For those anglers who focus on deep drop exclusively and fish in depths greater than 1600 feet, we strongly recommend making the jump to "light speed" with the 651 or the 651 XF. We feel that these reels are better suited for anglers who deep drop exclusively.
