The Kristal XL 621 features a new motor capable of pulling 75 LBS of dead weight. This powerful new motor makes the Kristal XL 621 capable of pulling dredges, deep dropping in depths of 1500 FT and beyond, as well as daytime sword fishing when used with the optional aluminum spool.
Jerry Brown Hollow Core Fishing Line is the perfect line for deep drop applications due to the line's ability to be spliced. The weakest point in any fishing line are the unions, ie: knots, spliceable hollow core from Jerry Brown Industries eliminates the need for knots! Contrary to popular belief, Hollow Core line is NOT flat, it is a round line that may be tied using the Uni-Knot or the San Diego Knot if the angler is not familiar with splicing. This combo is also available with regular non-hollow 80 LB Spectra for those wishing to use a thinner diameter line at no additional charge. Optional 80 LB & 200 LB hollow core lines are also available.
