Rigged & Ready to fish, the Candy Mack Lure's unique swimming action is achieved through a 3 piece lure body that undulates in the water when the lure is retrieved or trolled. The Candy Mack Lure features two lateral venturi ports that permit the water to circulate and cause the lure's tail movement from the base of the Candy Mack's tail mimicking the exact natural swimming pattern of a real bait fish. Candy Mack Fishing Lures
Rigged & Ready to fish, the Candy Mack Lure's unique swimming action is achieved through a 3 piece lure body that undulates in the water when the lure is retrieved or trolled. The Candy Mack Lure features two lateral venturi ports that permit the water to circulate and cause the lure's tail movement from the base of the Candy Mack's tail mimicking the exact natural swimming pattern of a real bait fish. This lure is EXCELLENT for all game fish that feed on Mackerel, including Kingfish, Dolphin, Wahoo, Stripers, and others.
Candy Mack Lures come in two sizes, the 5.5 inch Inshore Series, and the 6.75 Offshore Series. The manufacturer Aqueous Products has categorized these in this fashion. Given the sizes, both lure sizes may be used offshore. These lures troll extremely well on downriggers, outriggers, and off the flat lines. Due to the lure's design, these lures may be effectively trolled as slow as 4 knots. Given the current fuel prices at the gas dock, these lures are a great choice if you seek a slower more economical trolling speed!
The Candy Mack Fishing Lures are available in the following colors and sizes:
Candy Mack Blue 6.75 & 5.5 inch Models: The Blue & Silver/White color combination on this lure resembles the look of a "tinker mackerel" allowing this lure to be used for catching Kingfish, Dolphin, King Mackerel, Dorado, Tuna, Wahoo, Stripers, and Mahi.
Candy Mack Greenback 6.75 & 5.5 inch Models: This color combination resembles the look of a "greenie" allowing this lure to be used for catching Kingfish, Sailfish, Dolphin, Blackfin Tuna, Dorado, and Mahi.
Candy Mack Sardine 6.75 & 5.5 inch Models: The black spotted light green color of this lure resembles a "sardine" allowing this lure to be used for catching everything from Sailfish to Wahoo. The sardine is a popular "culinary delight" amongst many game fish!
Candy Mack Black & Silver 6.75 & 5.5 inch Models: The black & silver color of this lure resembles a "threadfin" or anchovy allowing this lure to be used as an excellent Kingfish, Dolphin, King Mackerel, Sailfish, and Wahoo lure.
Candy Mack Pearl 6.75 & 5.5 inch Models: The white pearl color of this lure allows it to be fished in more brackish/murkier saltwater environments. This lure is great for Stripers, and when trolled deep for Kingfish / King Mackerel in the late summer months.
Candy Mack Trout 6.75 & 5.5 inch Models: The color combination of this lure resembles a trout, allowing this lure to be used on a variety of inshore saltwater, as well as freshwater species, such as Bass.
